Account suspension and closure on miotto

Technical failures, maintenance windows, or payment-provider delays may occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from such events except to the extent we can refund your stake.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect legal changes, operational improvements, or new game offerings. Material changes (e.g., withdrawal procedures, bonus terms, account closure policy) are announced at least 30 days in advance through your registered email. Continued use of miotto after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If you do not accept updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance at any time before the effective date. No penalty applies to closure due to terms changes.
